Will I receive the same product I see in the picture?
The product is photographed using the most suitable color settings; however, screens may have certain filters or color settings that may differ from the actual colors.
We photograph one of the items of each design; you will receive a completely new one, one of the few we produce.
Can I return an item?
In three years, we've never had a return, as each piece is carefully inspected before shipping. Quality is always a priority. The irregular hem is part of the handcrafted character of each garment.
However, you can return the product within the first month of purchase, provided it is in its original packaging and shows no signs of use.

Will the items marked as "out of stock" be restocked?
Out-of-stock items are final sale. We do not restock due to the original and exclusive nature of the brand.
We could restock some costume jewelry pieces.
Where can I send my order?
We ship worldwide; however, certain destinations may take longer and have a higher shipping cost.
If customs or import taxes apply to the purchase, the buyer is responsible for paying them. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.
